Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you with a replacement.

To qualify, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the damaged/defective item
  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
