Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:

- UK, EU & Australia: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot modify addresses once the order has shipped.
Lost or Late Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages lost due to incorrect addresses
- Packages stolen after delivery
